  Why can I not pay for my booking online?

  Booking request depends on availability of stock on event date. An email will be sent to confirm your booking date and items.


  Is there a minimum hire quantity ? 

  No minimum hire. Hire just what you need.

 

 How far in advance can I book?   

  Booking can be made up to the day of the event, but confirmation depends on availability of stock. 

 

  How do I confirm my booking?

  Booking is confirmed once payment is received.

 

  When do I pay for my booking?

  Payment is made via bank transfer after a booking quote has been confirmed by us.

 

  How long can I hire for? 

  The cost of hire covers a 1-day hire period i.e., the event day.  Item(s) are picked up the day before the event and returned the day after the event.  But you can hire for longer at an additional cost by arrangement.

 

  When can I collect my items?

  After booking confirmation, items can be collected in person the day before the event date.

 

  How do I get my items?

  Item(s) are collected at our Aberdeen location. Delivery via post can be organised at additional cost by arrangement.

 

  How do I return my items?

  Returns are made in-person to our Aberdeen location. Alternatively, you may post it back to us or we can arrange a collection by courier subject to an additional charge. 

 

  What are your terms and conditions?

  Our terms and conditions will be included in our response to your request for a  booking quote.
